The apartment is located on the first floor of a building located in a quiet and peaceful area. Access by two flights of stairs from the entrance on the street side. A third ramp provides access from the garden.
With private garden and balcony with panoramic view on the Dolomites of Brenta.
The accomodation consists in a double bedroom, bright eat-in kitchen, a private bathroom with shower, living room\dining room with a rollaway bed and sofa bed, large atrium, private garden with barbecue, dining table, chairs and loungers and mini playground.
Equipped with everything needed for children and infants.
Not suitable for disabled as it is not equipped with a platform lift or proper toilet facilities.
The building and the common areas are pretty dated, but the apartment itself has been renovated and is equipped with every comfort.
A private parking place is available in the common part of the courtyard.
